Purchased this kit to actually use on a motorcycle, but have purchased four other kits for use on cars, and this is a great kit. Comes with everything you need, as well as some stuff you may not need (mounting brackets, etc). Although I'm only using one ballast and bulb in my application, I verified both work, and the hi/low module works fine. Recommended.

Abought this about a week ago go them today by the way i'm in Jamaica. Installed them today (06/10/11) it was easy!
they are bright but not as white as i thought they would be had a 5000k kit before and im sure they were whiter than these but those only had the HID on the low so i had to change them to this one!
overall they are good cause the light up the road more than the other kit i had and show farther!
I STILL RECOMMEND THEM to anyone in fact i bought another for a friend and thinking of buying more for others!

I live in Japan and have been using 4700K 135/140 watt H4 Halogens which had a rather blue tint to them. They looked good, but since I have issues with my eyes, I needed more light. These 5000K's work GREAT. I can see ALOT more of the road, and they installed easily into my JDM Subaru Impreza WRX STI Ver. 5
The only thing, is the stock crystal headlamp it has a reflector in the light socket and this light bulb almost didn't fit. Only thing was finding a place to mount the ballasts.
They look great and work great!
