The PH2.500 is a two-channel MOSFET amplifier delivering 1000 watts peak power bridged.

I have 2 12" Kenwood sub-woofers and this baby powers it quite well. I took a trip to dallas and kept the sucker on most of the way there for about 3 hours of the trip. I was a bit paranoid that it would overheat. Needless to say it didn't which was cool in my book. This is my first AMP and it peaks around 114 db. I usually hear on AMPS that the fuse would burn out fast. But this one is still alive. This Amp does enough to power them. They sound decent on my standard expectations. It heats up like it normally should, its transfering power, it will get warm.
