I bought this coil for my daughters Infiniti because, from her description of the symptoms over the phone, I thought coils were the problem. When she came home for the repair it turned out to be the plugs. Amazon took them back without question (I never used them and they were in the original packing). I did have to pay for the return shipping which was very fair. I appreciate them accepting a return of these big-ticket items.
